How PosiSep® X Works

After the sponge is placed in the nasal cavity, hydration activates its expansion.

This expansion fills the surgical space to prevent tissue adhesion and support proper healing.

Later, with normal irrigation, the material gradually fragments—making removal comfortable and easy for the patient.

Typical clearance occurs naturally within 5–10 days.
